These photos were taken in Myrtle Beach. When I was a kid I remember that my Father would go hunting together with his friends. He loved hunting, and wild duck and other birds were everywhere on the farm. I loved seeing my father carry a duck because it meant he was going to cook our favorite dish called patutin. Cooked in Sprite with pineapple juice and some herbs, the whole sauce absorbs into meat and is very good for baked rice cake.

Wow, watery wednesday and a duck recipe too. I think anything cooked with sprite, coke or beer would turn out really really well.
Great shots! I've never eaten duck before.
That sounds delicious. Nice photos too!
Nice of you to share your memories of your father.Takes me back to days with my dad.
Love the duck shot! Great reflections on the water! And I love ducks!

Those ducks are so cute! I couldn't eat one.
Love the duck picture. I have never eaten duck. Not sure if I could after seeing all the cute pictures of them. =) Hope you have a great wednesday.
Nice sunny scene after all those cold snowy wintery ones I've been looking at. I'm sure those ducks are hoping they won't end up on your plate! I do love duck dishes, though too!
These photos are beautiful. Nice shots! I like the ducks. They're having fun.
Love the cool blues..ducks and spring is on the way!
Both shots are excellent, especially when enlarged, but I was really taken by the first shot because of the lovely composition and all that's happening in that from people, seagulls to that lovely fountain.
